Refund Policy

At AceTecht, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Certain items, such as opened software or personal items (e.g., earbuds), are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at acetech.click@gmail.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

After approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please securely pack the item and ship it back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 14-21 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14-21 business days.

Partial Refunds

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
